C/LT COL MORGAN BENNETT, CAP

Cadet Morgan Bennett, Special Advisor to the Cadet Commander, SER-AL-118, Pell City Composite Squadron, Pell City, AL, is responsible for assisting the Pell City Composite Squadron Cadet Commander in planning activities, preparing the unit cadet corps for upcoming events, and making improvements in the unit cadet program. Cadet Bennett also serves as the cadets’ liaison to the senior members in Pell City Composite Squadron and as the squadron Newsletter Editor.

Cadet Bennett will enter Auburn University this fall to pursue a major in aerospace engineering. She has been in CAP since January 2003, and currently serves as Vice-Chairperson of the Alabama Wing Cadet Advisory Council.

Cadet Bennett has held multiple positions on the cadet staff of Pell City Composite Squadron, to include serving as Cadet Commander from January 2005 to January 2006. She has served as Special Advisor to the Cadet Commander since January 2006, and has also served as the Newsletter Editor for Pell City Composite Squadron since January 2008.

Cadet Bennett is also active in Emergency Services, having attended three Alabama Wing Field Training Exercise Cycles since 2004. She holds ratings both on a ground team as a Ground Team Leader and on an aircrew as a Mission Scanner.
